WOD Teams of 3* AMRAP9 50 Front Squats 135/95/65 100 Pull Ups MRE Power Cleans 135/95/65 Rest 2 min AMRAP9 50 Deadlifts 155/105/85 200 Double Unders MRE Back Squat 155/105/85 Rest 2 min 50 Back Squats 185/135/95 150 Cal Row MRE Deadlifts 185/135/95 *For each of the three WODs all Front Squats/Pull Ups, Deadlifts/Dubs, and Back Squats/Row must be completed before group can move on to MRE. Team score will be combined MRE total.
