WOD Teams of 3* 5 Rounds 33 Power Cleans 155/115/85 12 Tire Flips 400 m Run w/ 105#** (All team members run) after 5 Rounds 129 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20 *All work done by one team member at a time. Work must be done in order. Share reps as needed **Each team member will choose a burden of their liking to carry on the run (sandbag, kettlebell, medicine ball, slam ball, bumper, dumbbell, loaded barbell.) Total weight among the team will equal or be close to 105#
