WOD With a continuous running clock Teams of Two 10 Min Style Relay AMRAP each athlete does full round then switch 5 Pull Ups 10 Broadjumps 5 V Ups -Then- 20 Min AMRAP Share Work as Needed 500 m row (switch every 250m) 10 partners hand-tap push-ups 20 Partner wall balls over rig 10 I go you go Box Jumps 24/20 -Then- 10 Min Style Relay AMRAP each athlete does full round then switch 10 Hellraisers 5 Toes thru Parallettes 10 Jumping Lunges with barbell 75/55 ***score is max rounds after clock stops
