Skill Work: 2 Rounds 3 min each, 1 min Rest MRE DUs. If you have Dubs work on mechanics, form, breathing and MRE. If no Dubs, use time to practice. Do not be discouraged...Work at them. The only way to get DUs is practice, practice, practice.
