Teams must share the work of each movement before moving on or completig a round. Example:16 BJ Overs-8 and 8 before going to HSPU. HSPU-8 and 8 before going back to BJ overs. IF you want to split the work and have one person do BJ overs and 1 do HSPU, that is fine, but they can not be worked on simultaneously. One movement must finish before another can begin.
