WOD Teams of 2 Double Squat Clean Grace 135/95/65 Rest 1 min will begin after last tema completes workout. Teams who fininsh early can load bars for next WOD.

AMRAP8 12 Partner Slam Ball Tosses 40/30/25 12 Thrusters 95/65/45 Split up Thrusters as needed Rest 2 min

AMRAP10 3 BMU/4 BPU/5 JBMU 6 Full Snatches 95/65/45 Share work as desired. Have 1 team member do a round of BMU while other does snatches and switch next round. Or divide work load each round. Rest 2 min

AMRAP12 20 Cal Row 10 Deadlifts 185/135/95 Same as above. Split work as desired.

Warm Up: 800 m Run then group Warm Up then Mobility
