WOD Teams of 2 200 M Burden Run (Kettle Bell) 70/53/35* 100 Box Jumps 24/20/20 Step Up 100/80 Cal Row 100 T2B 200 M Burden Run (Kettle Bell) 70/53/35 200 DUs 100/80 Cal Row 100 KB Swings 70/53/35 200 M Burden Run (Kettle Bell) 70/53/35 100 Partner Med Ball Sit Up Tosses 20/14/10
*The Burden run will have both team members running with one partner carrying the KB. Switch if needed. Aside from the run and partner sit ups, one team member will work at a time. All reps are per team so each team member should split work load i.e 100 Box Jumps=50 each.
Warm Up: 800 m Group Run then Group Dynamic Warm Up or Mobility.
