Team WOD/Open Gym/Free Trial/Box CLOSED Sundays for Summer

Saturday June 4, 2016 Open Gym:8:00-9:30am Team WOD:9:30-10:45am Free Intro Session:11:00-12:00pm

Beginning tomorrow through the summer, the box will be closed to open gym Sundays. CF Kids will continue to run on Sunday through June 12. CF Kids will then move to a summer weekday schedule beginning Monday June 27 at 11:00am.

WOD Teams of 3: 100 Cal Row 100 Deadlifts, 135/95/65 800 m Run 80 Hang Power Cleans, 135/95/65 60 Cal Row 60 Front Squats, 135/95/65 400 m Run 40 Push Jerks, 135/95/65 20 Cal Row, 20 Clusters, 135/95/65 *Teams will work 1 at a time to complete rep scheme. There is no mandate on how much work each team member must do, but, teams must run as a group on all designated runs.
