WOD "Barbara" 5 Rounds 20 Pull Ups 20 Push Ups 20 Sit Ups 20 Air Squats Rest 3 min 35 min cap *This workout is designed as a "Go Hard" workout to finish as fast as possible to reach the 3 min rest. Each round should take between 3-4 minutes.
