WOD "Cindy" AMRAP 20 5 Pull Ups 10 Push Ups 15 Air Squats

Skill/Strength: Back Squat 10x1 across *Add 5-10lbs from last Friday. Warm Up with 3-4 sets of 3-5 reps climbing to working weight.

Warm Up: 500 m Row (upon Arrival) then Group Dynamic Stretch
