WOD Teams of 4 2 Girls/2 Guys 1. Deadlift 20,000# as a team then 2. Follow the Leader 6-5-4-3-2-1 Power Cleans 155/105/85 Bar Muscle Ups then 3. Follow the Leader 6-5-4-3-2-1 C2B Front Squats 155/105/85 then 4.  As a team, break up reps amongst team as needed 60-50-40-30-20-10 Box Jumps 24/20/16 Wall Balls 20/14/10 2 people can work at a time.  One at each station

Warm Up: 500 m Row (upon arrival) then Group Dynamic Warm Up
