Team WOD/Open Gym/Free Intro

WOD Teams of 4-2 girls/2 guys with a continuous running clock: 10,000# Full Snatch (2 barbells 1 men's/1 women's then 200 m Farmers Carry 800 DUs 400 Burpees 200 C&J 100/70/55 *Farmers carry will be the driver for rotation. 1 person at a station OR, you can work as a group to knock out reps. IF, you choose to have 1 per station and reps get completed then multiple people can work at the next station...HOWEVER, only 1 person can work at a time when multiple people are at 1 station.
