Score is TOTAL weight lifted in 6 min. then Rest 2 min then 14 min Cap 20-18-16-14-12-10 Front Squats 135/95/65 C2B 1 team member works at a time to get max reps in 12 min cap Work must be done in order Rest 2 min then 4 min Cap 100 Wall Balls 25/20/14 1 team member works at a time to get As many Wall Balls in 3 min cap Final score will be total reps, unless all work gets done then score will be total time.
Warm Up: 800 m Indian Run then Group DROM then Mobility
