WOD 7 Rounds of: 10 Hang Power Cleans 115/80/55 30 DUs

Skill/Strength: EMOMx10 2 Squat Cleans from blocks, climbing. Not TnG, reset each pull. *Blocks should be just below knee cap. Use Eleiko 45 plus 10's if needed to accomplish height. Shoulders should be well over bar and hamstrings should really be "turned on" but not stiff legged.
