Open Gym: 8:00-9:30am Team WOD: 9:30-10:45am Free Intro Session: 11:00-12:00pm

WOD Teams of 4 AMRAP 24 C2B Goblet Squats 53/35/27 S2OH 115/80/55 *200 m Sandbag Run 40/20 *Each team members stays at a station achieving AMRAP until the sandbag runner returns.  Once runner returns rotate to next station.  Team will decide rotation and order of running. Final score will be total reps of inside work.

Warm Up: 400 m Indian Run then Thrusters w/ Empty Bar Burpee Pull Ups OH Walking Lunges Sled Pull OH Med Ball Sit Ups
