Team WOD Teams of 3 AMRAP 20 10 Front Squats 155/105/75 20 C2B 30 Deads 155/105/75 Athlete 1 and 2 start on the triplet (one athlete working at a time). Athlete 3 runs and completes 400m Run before switching with a teammate. One teammate will always be out on the run, and you must switch every 400m. You can not move to next exercise until all reps are complete. Score is total rounds + reps of the triplet.

Skill/Strength: Tip the Pizza 2 Rounds 2:00 each. Round 1-10 Burpees Round 2-15 Air Squats
