15.1 & 15.1a Saturday...It's ON!

Screw the new Met Cons, I'm wearing these today. I'm so gonna rock T2B. We will open the Box at 8:00am today.  We will set up heats every 30 min starting at 9:00am and wrap up by 11:00am. 4 Heats throughout the morning with up to 6 athletes per heat.  Come early to warm up, help judge and cheer on your fellow CFBers.

WORKOUT 15.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of: 15 toes-to-bars 10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.) 5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.)

Masters (Masters Men 55-59, Masters Men 60+, Masters Women 55-59, Masters Women 60+) Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of: 15 toes-to-bars 10 deadlifts (85 / 55 lb.) 5 snatches (85 / 55 lb.)
