WOD Teams of 2- Same Gender 5 min Cap 200 DUs 1 team member works at a time to get max DUs in 5 min cap. then Rest 2 min then 14 min Cap 20-18-16-14-12-10 Front Squats 135/95/65 C2B 1 team member works at a time to get max reps in 12 min cap Work must be done in order Rest 2 min then 4 min Cap 100 Wall Balls 20/14/10 1 team member works at a time to get As many Wall Balls in 3 min cap Final score will be total reps, unless all work gets done then score will be total time.
