Burpee BJs-Full cleans/Snatch

Open Gym:8:00-9:30am Team WOD:9:30-11:00am Free Intro:11:00-12:00pm

WOD Teams of 4-2 Girls/2 Guys: 20 min AMRAP Each gender performs as a relay: 9 burpee box jumps, 20 inches 9 squat cleans, 135 / 95 lb. Then, each athlete performs as a relay: 12 burpee box jumps, 20 inches 12 squat cleans, 135 / 95 lb. Then, each athlete performs as a relay: 15 burpee box jumps, 20 inches 15 squat cleans, 135 / 95 lb. Etc., climbing 3 reps to each exercise, each round.

1 Guy/1 Girl will work simultaneously through each set. Once the lead guy/girl finish a set the trailing parter does work. Then lead partner moves on to next set, trailer does work, etc. Trailer can not start BBJ's until all cleans are finished. Score will be total reps for the team.

1 Guy and 1 Girl will work simultaneously. Upon completion of a weight partners are responsibly for adding load of next weight to bar. Each pair can work independent of each other. If girls get through first set of 20 at 75# they can continue to 85# without waiting for guys to finish or catch up. Score will be total reps for the team.
