20 min Cap 100 Burpees EMOM 6 Deadlifts 115/75/55 3 HPC *Perform 100 Burpees within the time cap of 20 min.  Every Minute On the Minute stop and perform Deadlifts and Hang Power Cleans.  Once finished continue performing burpees until you reach 100 or 20 minutes, whichever comes first.  Score is time completed or burpees completed.

Skill/Strength: EMOM 12 C&J Minimum 75% 1RM Work on Split Jerk technique
