WOD Partner Fight Gone Bad 3 Rounds EMOM

Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target / 14 pound ball, 9 ft target (Reps) Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds/ 55 pounds (Reps) Box Jump, 20" box (Reps) Push-press, 75 pounds/ 55 pounds (Reps) Row (Calories)

Perform as many reps as possible for each movement within the 1 minute time before partner takes over and continues for another minute.   You will rotate through each of the 5 movements 3 times.  We will forego the 1 minute rest as you each will rest at each station.
