WOD 21-15-9-6-3 Wall Balls 20/14/10 Burpees

Skill/Strength: EMOM 8 1 C&J* * No weight requirements.  Find a weight which will allow for good form and mechanics

Dips Matador or rings 3 rounds x 10 reps

Warm Up: DROM Musical Med Ball Chairs If you don't get a ball you must do 10 Air Squats/5 Push Ups until end of game then 5 min Band Mobility
