Team WOD Teams of 2 400 m Med Ball Carry 50 Partner Med Ball Throws (6 feet apart) 400 m Med Ball Carry 50 Partner Med Ball Sit Ups 400 m Med Ball Carry 50 Burpees (1 person Burpees, 1 person Med Ball Cleans.  Alternate as needed)

Warm Up: 800 m Run 1 Round 60 sec each OH Walking Lunges KB snatches Lateral Band Walks GHD Sit Ups DROM Band Mobility

Starting at 11 WODs every 30 min with CF Kids WOD at noon.
