Teams of 2-1 Girl/1 Guy 2000 m row Then 100 Front squats 125/85 100 Partner Wall Ball Sit Ups 100 S2OH 95/65 100 Burpees

Movements Must be completed in order.  2 bars set up, Front Squat Men load 25's first then 15's, Women 15's first, tens outside.  You may strip the bar after finishing Front squats or wait to begin S2OH.
