CF Kids: JV (6-12 years) 4:10-4:45 Varsity (13-17 years) 5:00-6:00pm !!No Yoga This Evening!!

Barbara 5 Rounds 20 Pull Ups 30 Push Ups 40 Sit Ups 50 Air Squats rest 3 min between Rounds*

*The purpose and importance of the rest time is to be able to work at maximum intensity throughout each round.  Times should remain relatively close from round to round if you are utilizing the full  3 min rest period.  You are responsible for beginning each round at the end of 3 min and final time will include 12 minutes of rest.
