Thanks to the Chicago Water Department.  We have running water again.  It is trickling, but running.  We should be at capacity by the PM, so we will be OPEN for all PM sessions.  4, 5, 6 and 7, plus On-Ramp. 5 Rounds 20 KB Swings 10 Goblet Squats 5 Wall Walks

Skill/Strength: Back Squats 5 rounds x 3 reps Across 90% 1RM Use Data from 12-3-13

"Clean Pulls/No Turn over 5 rounds x 3 reps 110% Clean 1RM, use straps if needed"

Warm Up: DROM then 1 round 60 sec Ring Dips KB SDHP Sit Ups GHD or AbMat No Straps Row then 60 sec Paleo Chair
