Name Your WOD

Okay CFBers.  This week brings us "Angie," 343 on September 11 and Our Lucky 13 for Friday the 13th.  A lot of names, heroes and memorials which help us remember the the sacrifice so many have made.  A way to repeat and measure our ability as CrossFitters and see if we are indeed progressing in our abilities.  The "girls" are made for fun and the hero WODs are made for memoriam; either way, there is no doubt, they are all challenging and difficult.  The hero WODs all have a symbolism to the numbers used in the WOD usually dates, age or other meaningful numbers to the hero being honored.  The movements are a combination of movements the particular person liked and sometimes disliked.  Why write this post you may ask?  What do we want from you? We want you to think of this as your CrossFit obituary.  Write your own "girl," hero, or memorial WOD that is a representation of YOU.  Your likes, dislikes, distance, time.  AMRAP, Rep scheme, Rounds...this is your opportunity to present yourself to us in a WOD.   Post your WOD to comments and let's see who's creative and has a knack for programming  a good CrossFit WOD.  Ready!!?? 3-2-1-Go...
