WOD At Monroe Park Teams of 4

10 Laps of OH Walking Lunges 75/55 15 Laps of Backward Sled Drags 155/90 200 Burpees 300 DUs

The Lunges and Sled Drags must be done in order.  You can switch off as often as needed, but everyone must perform at least 1 lap of work of each movement.  The burpees and DUs can be performed while the other work is being done, but only 1 person can be working on both at a time.
