Flight Simulator with a side of Burpees 25 min Time Cap

5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50-45-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5 Consecutive Double Unders* After each round perform 5 Burpees. DU's must be performed unbroken.  If a stumble or stoppage you must begin at the beginning of the round.

Skill/Strength: Weighted Pull Ups 7 rounds searching for 1 RM weighted pull up.  If using bands, decrease band thickness.

Warm Up: 300 m Row Sprint Karaoke Run Step>Door and back x2 10 HRPU 10 KB Swings 60 Sec Flutter Kicks 60 sec Paleo Chair Calf and Achilliese stretch DROM
