Teams of 2- 1 athlete/1 Judge and rotate

“Hope For Cures”

* "Hope" has the same format as Fight Gone Bad.  17 minute continuous running clock EMOM.  3 rounds 5 minutes per round rest at 6 and 12 minutes.  On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately. One point is given for each rep.  Heats will begin at 9:30 and go until completion.  Heats will run every 25 minutes.

* Burpees

* 75# Power Snatch

* 24” Box Jump

* 75# Thruster

* Chest To Bar Pull Ups
