EMOM 7 minutes MRE T2B Full Squat Snatch

Every minute on the Minute do as many T2B as possible.  Before minute expires you must successfully complete 1 snatch.  Load bar to a weight you can successfully perform 1 good snatch keeping in mind a failed snatch gets zero points toward score. Score is combined weight lifted plus all T2B reps.

Skill/Strength: Snatch Grip Deadlift 5 rounds x 5 reps 70% 1RM Deadlift maintain same weight throughout. Use data from 6-20-13
