WOD

"The Horrible Hundred" Teams of 4-2 Girls/2 Guys

400 m Team Run 100 Deadlifts 215/175 100 Clean & Jerks 125/85 100 Thrusters 75/55 100 OHS 45/35 400 m Team Run

Each team member will perform each movement in order, only one person works at a time.  The rep scheme is up to the team and no one is required to perform a certain amount of reps at one time.  As long as each team member performs 25 reps of each movement.

Load the bar for easy transition.  Men start with 15# then 25# and finally 45# on the outside of a 20Kg bar.  Women start with 10# then 15# and cap the bar with 45# on a 15Kg bar.  At the completion of each movement strip the outside bumper finishing the WOD with OHS and an empty bar.
