We will reverse the schedule today.  WOD warm ups will begin at 8 am and open gym will go from the end of the WOD to 11 followed by free intro at 11 for your friends.

Teams of 4 2 girls/2 guys 15 OHS, 135/95 15 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 15 Thrusters, 135/95 15 T2B 15 Power Cleans, 185/105 15 Burpee Pull ups 15 Power Cleans 15 T2B 15 Thrusters 15 Box Jump Overs 15 OHS

Teams will move up and down the chipper in order one after the other.  Two athletes can not be working on the same movement at the same time.  Plan your team accordingly to not get log jammed.
