Beginning today we will start Team WOD at 9:30.  This way we can accommodate the early risers who want to start early while still offering 1 class which has a large turnout for the WOD.  So, Warm Up will begin at 9:30 from here on out.  Open Gym will still be at 8 but ending at 9:30. WOD

60 Deadlifts 225/135 Run 200m together as a team 60 KB swings, 70/53/35 Run 200m together as a team 60 Overhead Squats, 95/75/45 Run 200m together as a team 60 Burpees Run 200m together as a team 60 C2B Pullups Run 200m together as a team 60 Box jumps, 24/20/20 step up okay Run 200m together as a team 60 Squat Cleans, 95/75/45 Run 200m together as a team
This will be teams of 4 2 girls 2 guys.  One person works at a time.  Movements must be done in sequence and athletes can not begin work until all team members are back in the gym.
