"Chelsea" 30 min EMOM 5 Pull Ups 10 push ups 15 Squats

If you don't complete a round in the 60 second time period rest for remainder of the minute and pick up working till 30 minute finish.  Don't worry about keeping pace with the minute, but rather just work as if you were doing "Cindy."   Score is last round completed in 60 second time period.
