Open Gym-Team WOD at Ten

WOD Teams of 3 Ground to Overhead 12,000 then 100 Toes 2 Bar 100  Burpees 100 Air Squats then 300 Double Unders

Ground to Overhead can only be performed with 1 bar per team.  Which means bar must be loaded appropriately to remove weight and/or add weight for each team members ability.  The Bar can not be loaded with anymore weight then 155#.  Team must complete Ground to Overhead before advancing to T2B.

T2B, Burpees, and Squats must be completed in succession to advance to next movement.

After Air Squats are complete can the team start Double Unders.
