3 HSPU 6 Box Jump Overs 24/20/20 9 Goblet Squats 53/35/25 While 1 team member works partner must hold a barbell 45/35/15 overhead during round. If barbell is dropped or put down during round 3 burpees must be performed by team at the end of WOD
