Walking Dead 60 cal Row 40 OHS 95/65/45 20 Box Jump Overs 24/20

Teams of 3.  Follow the leader format. Each team member must perform every movement.  No athlete can start a movement until the team member in front of them completes the movement.  Time is up when last team mate finishes the 20 box jump overs.

Skill/Strength:
