WOD

Tabata 24 rounds.  20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest.  No extra rest between movements. 8 Rounds Burpees 8 Rounds Goblet Squats 53/35/25 8 Rounds Abmat Sit Ups

Skill/Strength:

Box Squats 3 Rounds x 5 reps per round. Use Back Squat 1RM as guide. Warm up at 50% add weight accordingly.

Warm Up:

3 min Jump Rope then 3 rounds 5 Pull Ups 10 Push Ups 12 Jumping Lunges DROM
