Team WOD Saturday

In teams of 2 for time:

Team 400 m run 60 Wallballs (20/14/10) 60 Double Unders (180 singles) 200 m Team med ball carry 60 KB Swings (70/53/35) 60 Box Jump Overs (24/20/20) 200 m Team Kettlebell carry 6000 lb deadlift 60 bar facing burpees Team 400 m Run

Rules:

1 athlete works at a time but all teammates run with their respective med ball or kettle bell.  No work can begin until both team members are back in from run.  1 barbell per team, this means weights for the deadlift must be removed from the bar if athletes don't lift the same weight.

Team Selection, weight selection, WOD Overview.

Warm Up:

Broad Jumps step/garage door 200 m run Walking Lunges 10 A-Frame push ups/HSPU 20 Jumping Squats
