Teams of 2

15 wall balls 15 burpees 15 front squats (95/65/45) 15 KB swings

100m Farmers carry men- 2/25# plates Women 2/15# plates

While Partner 1 travels 100 m (3rd Dumpster north on alley) Partner 2 completes as many reps/rounds as possible. Once parter 1 returns they rotate positions continuing as many reps/rounds as possible. Final score is is total rounds in 20 minutes.
