Team Murph  Teams of 2

1 mile run (both team members)

100 Pull Ups

200 Push Ups

300 Air Squats

1 mile run (both team members)

The workout must begin and finish with a 1 mile run.  The movements do not need be completed in order to move on to the next.  You may break up how you complete the movements.  i.e 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats sharing duty among team members.  Duty does not need to be shared equally just completed.

Warm Up:

Overhead walking Lunges stoop to garage door and back 25/15

12 Wall Facing Air Squats

10 Ring Dips

10 Push Jerks Light weight

10 GHD Sit Ups/Back Extensions.
