3 Rounds (No Time Limit)

Power Cleans, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press.  7 Reps of all 5 movements.

Add weight per round.  First round should be 85% Push Press 1 Rep Max.

Warm Up:

High Knee run>Butt Kicks<  x3

Shuttle Runs X3

Tire Sledges 10 per arm

40 Double Unders

30 Air Squats

20 Wall Balls

10 Kettle Bell Swings
