Rest Day...Active Rest

Take today as a day out of the gym to recover those muscles that have worked so hard the beginning of the week.  If you are in training for an event use today to really focus on that.  If you are planning to join us Memorial Day for The Ridge Run think about starting a running protocol with your CrossFit.  Do some interval runs, find a street off of Longwood and do hill repeats, or just run 5K.  If rest is really needed consider some mobility in your living room.  Grab a tennis ball and knead out muscles, do some stretch holds, or drop into a yoga class.
