1a. Death By 10 meters

Every minute on the minute run 10 meter compounded.  First minute 10 meters, rest balance of minute then 20 meters, 30, 40 until you exceed the minute time limit.

Teams of 2. 1 teammate is always carrying the Loaded Barbells.  From the 109th St wall to the Planter and back.  Teammate 2 is working on Wall balls and Abmats. When Teammate 1 finishes Farmers Carry teammates switch position until all movements are complete.  Both teammates are always working.
