2011 CrossFit Games Week 1 Open

We are going to take a break from team WOD Saturday as the 2012 CrossFit Games Open begins Wednesday February 22.  We will be doing the Open weekly WOD on Saturday and Sunday as a community.  We hope you come to the box regularly on either day throughout the Open season (6 Weeks) to compete, (even if just within the CFB community) to cheer on your fellow CFB competitors, or just be part of the excitement.  It is sure to be a good time and I believe we have some pretty extraordinary athletes who could really use the support and give Regionals a shot.  Lets show our CFB pride and get to it.
