Workout of the Day: 343

For Time:

  • 100 Deadlifts 145/115
  • 30 Walking Lunges
  • 100 C&J 95/65
  • 30 Walking Lunges
  • 100 Snatch (G2OH) 65/35
  • 43 Burpees

Men Load a 45# Barbell, Women Load a 15# Barbell with 10s first, 15s second and 25s on the outside.  After each barbell lift, remove outer layer of weights.
