This will be treated like Fight Gone Bad where we will have a judge.

  • 1 minute of wall-ball 20/14/10
  • 1 minute of deadlifts 115/75/55
  • 1 minute of med-ball sit-ups (ball goes over head and taps floor)
  • 1 minute of hang power cleans 115/75/55
  • Rest 1 minute
