Strength: All We Need Is a Little Push and Pull

  • 60 Strict Pull Ups
  • Anytime you break from Pull Ups you must perform 10 Burpee Med Ball Chest Passes


Workout of the Day:  Up, Up and Away

6 Rounds

  • 15 Push Press 95/65/45 (From the Floor)
  • 1 Rope Climb (3 rope pulls from floor and hand walk back to floor)
