  • 30 Double Unders*
  • 15 Wallballs 20/14/10
  • 30 Double Unders*

*When scoring reps in partial rounds do not count singles.  Divide singles by 3 to balance the scores with DUs.  EXAMPLE-You completed 60 singles when  time is called.  Those 60 singles are counted as 20 DUs for scoring accuracy.
